We got several different quotes for our in-ground pool installation. BMR’s price was right in line with everybody else. I have to tell you, working with Sam (Samantha, sales), Mason (an owner), Brooks (construction manager), and every single one of their subcontractors was a pleasure. As with any construction project, there were certain hiccups along the way, but they were corrected by either Mason or Brooks before I ever even had a chance to say anything. That’s integrity, and that’s how you run a business. Mason was out here almost as much as Brooks was. When an owner visits the job site, personally sees to it that it's done right, and makes sure you will be happy, what else could you possibly ask for? Don’t even bother getting other quotes. I’m telling you, you can’t go wrong by selecting BMR for your project. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be recommending BMR to everyone.

We had an amazing experience working with BMR. Jason (our project manager) and Tyler (our sales consultant) were both fantastic from start to finish.

They truly take care of everything — even coordinating with subcontractors like the fence company, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Every time I called, they were available, helpful, and very flexible with all the changes we requested, both during the quoting phase and even in the middle of the project.

They also provided a great 3D model and took the time to explain every detail clearly so we knew exactly what to expect.

We tried to fix our pool plaster and took the only route we were given. It was not the best of the options we could have taken but didn't know about. It left us with a surface that was so rough it was painful to move around on. We also had a concerning electrical problem. We called BMR to come in and give us some options on fixing the problem. The Sales staff, Brooks who interfaced between us and the teams, the three teams involved with our job (plaster polish, electrical and pool start up teams) were all amazing. All of those involved that we dealt with were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and just amazing at their jobs. The pricing was great. The end result gave us a pool surface that was like glass and a pool light that is no longer dropping power all around the property. Great company to work with.

One of the most reliable, trusted and excellent outdoor builders. We got six things constructed through BMR. Outdoor kitchen, arbor, pool with spa, pool house, extension of our backyard living area and fence. Mason Thane was always reachable whether he was in country or not. They went to the max extent of calling our HOA and explaining the project to get their approval.

We first learnt about BMR through a couple of our friends in our community. They gave us impressive feedback and we went forward with meeting them for an initial discussion. The initial design phase was fairly quick and they were able to present something very close to what me and my wife wanted. Once we got the initial quote, we got similar quotes from other vendors too, to verify if we going to build the best pool with the best price. BMR was able to explain the technicalities in great detail which we could compare with others. Very soon, we were able to trim down the specs to to fit our budget and were able to get the project underway in a couple of weeks from there.

Around the same time, one of our neighbors also started a pool project with another vendor. The pace at which BMR executed the project was noticeably fast, when we were doing comparisons with our neighbor, with every thing from digging the pool, to laying the plumbing and electrical lines, to laying the concrete, coping and finally the deck, the project went very smoothly with constant updates we received from the project manager over text on a daily basis. Any concerns we raised were almost immediately addressed in no time. They managed to complete the project in a little less than 3 months as promised, including a patio upgrade that they managed to squeeze in.
