"We could not be happier with our new pool and patio from BMR. Not only is it beautiful, but the service provided was as professional and pleasant as could be. We had them demo our old pool that was leaking and settling, re-engineer and pier a new patio and pool, and install new equipment, landscaping, pool, and hot tub. The work site stayed as clean as possible. Each step of the way, they met with me and did an excellent job of communicating throughout. Time from demo start to pool and patio finish was about 4 months, which seems reasonable. It's been 7 months now, and anytime something hasn't worked, loosened, or has been quirky, they've fixed it quickly and without argument."

"We decided to hire BMR for our pool resurfacing after a strong recommendation from our general contractor, and I'm so glad we did. "We are so happy that we hired BMR to remodel our existing pool and build our outdoor kitchen. We had 4 companies come out to give us ideas and quotes. NONE of the other 3 companies were as creative as the BMR team. Let's start with Jim; he is the reason why we signed with BMR. The ideas he had, like changing our existing waterfall (none of the other companies recommend that), got us all excited! And it looks absolutely beautiful! A big thank you goes to Jason, who was the project manager and, along the way, had many ideas to tweak the layout somewhat. He was always quick to respond to questions or concerns we had. You're fantastic, Jason, thank you! Thank you, Mason (the owner), who always stopped by to make sure everything was going according to plan. He recommended to do a counter high bar instead of a high top (like we thought we wanted) and to do granite instead of stone. We are so happy we listened to him! It looks beautiful and is great for entertaining and playing games, etc. We were a bit nervous on installing our 3000-pound glass tile pizza oven, but he and Jason made sure it was installed correctly! Thank you! Claudia helped us in choosing our gorgeous granite, and her team did a great job on installing it. There are so many more to thank, like the masonry Guys who are extremely talented, the tile installation, arborteam to the clean-up crew. "From the beginning, I was amazed by BMR's dedication to customer services and communication. BMR is not just a pool company, BMRis a family and it shows. I've never built a pool and needed a lot of trusted help while deciding what size, features and upgrades. This iswhere BMR stands out amongst its competitors. Rick met personally with us and custom tailored our pool to fit our budget and needs.Rick gave us honest advice and kept us on target with our budget, even educating us on 'overbuilding.' I can tell you, overbuilding a poolis easy to do and something every other company tried to sale us on. Rick recommend the right upgrades with honest advice to save usmoney without compromising our vision. BMR completed our Pool under budget and on time as promised.
